    All requests will be dealt with using British Pounds (GBP) or The currency would be converted based in your place of origin currency.


    We offer shipping to multiple countries such as Australia, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and others. Your ordered items typically reach you within 3-7 business days following confirmation. It's important to note that while we strive to provide accurate estimates for shipping times, external factors beyond our control—such as customs processing and payment approvals—might influence the exact delivery schedule.

    In cases where a GEAR 1 shipment is refused or not retrieved despite attempted delivery to your specified address, please understand that you will assume responsibility for covering the original shipping charges, any applicable import fees for the package, and the expenses incurred for the package's return to GEAR 1. These incurred costs will be deducted from any potential merchandise refund.


    Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers: Evri, Post office, DHL, FedEx and Startrack Express.


    Upon placing an order, you'll receive an initial email confirmation. Subsequently, you'll be sent another email containing the tracking number for your parcel. If you're trying to track your order, click on the chatbot that is always at the bottom right corner of the webpage, after clicking on it, click "Track my order" and follow the necessary procedures. Alternatively, you can enter the provided tracking number on DHL's website.

    Please be aware that you have a 30-day window from the dispatch date of your order to reach out to us if you haven't received it. Any communication beyond this 30-day period might impact our ability to assure a refund.


    Upon the collection of the item, we will proceed to issue a refund to your initial payment method. Kindly be aware that the refund process might take up to 10 business days to complete, as processing times vary among different payment providers.


    At the moment, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the process involves returning the original item, receiving a refund, and subsequently placing a new order for the desired item.


    Your order already includes duties and taxes, eliminating the need for additional payments to the courier upon importation (with a few exceptions noted below). Any relevant duties and taxes are itemized during checkout. Should the product be returned, taxes will be reimbursed accordingly.

    For customers situated in Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, orders will be shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. In such cases, you might be required to settle import duties and taxes upon receiving your orders in your country. If the order is subsequently returned, these charges will not be eligible for a refund. In instances of DDU shipments, you will always receive an extra notification from us.
